A.07 Although ManageMore provides a simple process of entering
the pager activation information and automatically producing an invoice,
it does not address the infrequent possibility of a customer wishing
to purchase a second or third pager. The auto-generated pager
invoice provided by ManageMore is a convenience and not a necessity
for creating a sale. You are always given the opportunity to make
any adjustments to auto-generated invoice, if you so desire. When
dealing with a multiple pager sale to one customer, we recommend simply
removing the auto-invoice feature on all pager activation records
except the last one. Then proceed to the final pager invoice and
make any necessary changes to the sales transaction to account for the
multiple pager purchase.
