vendor to ensure you the best rates possible. Please use the chart below as a guideline for the rates
you should expect from our partners.
Base Rate*:
$30-$50 per payroll period (including direct deposit)
Check Processing Fee*:
$1-$2 per Employee check
* All fees listed are approximate and meant to serve as a
guideline only. Some payroll service providers may provide
additional services in their base rate including check signing and check
insertion.
** Typically only one state or locality is included in the base rate and
additional charges may apply for each additional state you file taxes in. Other optional services (like Worker's Compensation,
401k, etc.) are also available for an additional fee, if desired.
