ManageMore 4.0 Now Shipping

 

Miami, Florida, July 01, 2003 – Intellisoft, Inc. has begun shipping its next major release, namely ManageMore 4.0 Business Software suite.  With this release, Intellisoft  places a large effort on the ergonomics of its product.   ManageMore improves its overall look and gives the user the ability to customize the program appearance to each individual's personal preference.  Emphasis was also placed on making it easier for larger organizations to setup ManageMore quickly on bigger networks. 

"For the first time, ManageMore now has a totally unique and attractive GUI that rivals many other accounting packages.  We have added full support for the new Windows XP look, a user-definable toolbar layout, integrated spell checker, better POS support, and even a powerful inventory explorer for manipulating  large inventories easily. This release may not be the most monumental of versions ever released, but it definitely will have a positive impact from an appearance and stability standpoint."  said Douglas Ibarra, CEO.  Mr. Ibarra also stated "With Version 4, an entirely new and updated online help with over 500+ pages of content was also added.  We spent considerable time in making the new documentation very user-friendly compared to our prior releases." 

ManageMore 4.0 is all about easier layouts, friendlier documentation, and quicker shortcuts for accomplishing a variety of tasks.  In particular, the new user toolbar layout allows employees of different departments (e.g., sales, service, purchasing, etc.) to create their very own toolbar filled with shortcut icons of their most common tasks.  Templates can even be created to make it quick in setting up toolbars for multiple employees with the same department. 

Other notable improvements come from the enhanced POS setup area of the application.  For example, better support of thermal receipt printers has been added that allows for transaction number barcode printing, logo printing, header and footer messages, etc.   Although not currently shipping, plans are underway for adding support of signature capture devices.  So keep an eye out for a future update that will begin supporting this increasingly popular POS equipment.
