Intellisoft Moves Headquarters
Miami Lakes, Florida, August 22, 2003 – Intellisoft, Inc. has begun the process of moving its main headquarters to the prestigious location of Miami Lakes, Florida. The new facility is based within the Park West Professional Center and is located north of Intellisoft's prior headquarters by approximately 25 miles. The new office space is situated on the penthouse floor of the business center's main commercial building and occupies the largest real estate within the complex. Intellisoft purchased the property from U.S. Construction, Inc. of Coral Gables back in September 2002 and was appraised at over one million dollars.
A bit of history on Miami Lakes.... Intrigued by the european-style new town concept of the self-contained village, brothers Bill, Phil and former Governor Bob Graham built a better community in the heart of South Florida and is now considered one of the most successful towns ever built. Most Floridians also recognize Miami Lakes to be the home of Don Shula (the winningest professional football coach in history). In fact, Don Shula's Hotel and Golf Club proudly serve as the area's premier hotel properties, Shula's Athletic Club keeps Miami Lakes fit, and Shula's Steak Houses' national presence and recognition add to the special nature of this community.

Intellisoft intends to officially conduct business in its new location starting on Monday, August 25, 2003. Notices were issued to customers regarding possible inconveniences during the office relocation on Friday, August 22, 2003.
